Refund policy

TowSheet is a subscription: $59 per month, billed in advance via Stripe.

• Try before paying. The live demo is free and needs no card; run it for as long as you like.
• First month. If the alarm does not do what this site says it does in your first 30 days, email support@towsheet.app and we refund that month, no questionnaire.
• After that. Cancel any time and the subscription stops at the end of the paid period; we do not pro-rate partial months except where required by law.
• Your legal rights. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.

How to cancel

Email support@towsheet.app or use the billing link in your receipt; cancellation is effective the same day you ask.
