Terms of service

Effective date: 2026-09-28. These terms govern your use of the TowSheet application and website (the "Service").

TowSheet is provided by ALGD LTD, 121 Glencam Road, Omagh, Tyrone, BT79 7HB, United Kingdom (company number NI744090), contact support@towsheet.app.

1. The Service

TowSheet provides dispatch alerting and a job ledger for towing operators. Alerts are best-effort: we escalate and repeat alarms until acknowledged, but we cannot guarantee delivery to a device whose operating system has suspended the application, whose sound is muted, or whose audio is routed elsewhere. Do not rely on TowSheet as your only means of receiving work.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the credentials on your account and for the operators you invite. Provide accurate contact information; we may suspend accounts used unlawfully or abusively.

3. Fees

The Service costs $59 per month, billed in advance via Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Taxes are your responsibility except where we are required to collect them.

4. Your data

You own the job records you create. We process them to run the Service as described in the privacy policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, to store data you have no right to, or to interfere with the Service's operation.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms with notice; material changes take effect at the next billing period. You may cancel at any time; we may terminate for breach.

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
